In every generation, God raises up men and women to walk beside others on the journey toward healing, holiness, and wholeness. Whether as Catholic IFS therapists, coaches, counselors, spiritual directors, or teachers quietly tending to the hearts of others in unseen ways — we are pilgrims on a shared path and sojourners passing through a world that is not our final home.

Yet those who walk with others often walk alone.

Pilgrims & Sojourners was born out of a desire to change that.

It is a monthly membership community for Catholic IFS helping professionals who want deeper support, continued formation, and soul-nourishing growth — grounded in the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model and integrated with the wisdom of the Catholic Christian tradition.

What We’re Building

This is not just another professional group. It’s not therapy. It’s not supervision. It’s something deeper — a sacred space of accompaniment and formation for Catholic professionals who accompany others through the lens of faith-integrated IFS.
